In this case, you will be asked to enter your current, accurate and complete information. The account password you enter should be unique and kept secret. The online e-shop is committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information provided on its web site, both in relation to the accurate information displayed and the services provided by its online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have been caused by unintentional or interruptions to the Website due to force majeure. Every effort is made to make the products colours as accurate as possible, however they may differ on different types of devices and screens.

The products displayed on this site are immediately available for shipment from our warehouse. In the event that for any reason the availability of a product differs from that displayed in the online store, we guarantee to rapidly notify customers.

Order

After selecting and viewing the products you are interested in, add them to your cart. For a quick preview of your cart or to complete the order, select the cart icon (top right of the screen next to the main horizontal menu). In the vertical basket preview column that unfolds on the right side of the screen, you can switch to full basket view via the “view basket” button or proceed with the order completion process via the “checkout” button. You can remove any of the products by simply tapping on “REMOVE” or sliding the quantities with the corresponding arrows, and then selecting “RETURN CART”.

On the order completion page you can complete your order either as a visitor by filling in the required fields or if you have an account just by entering your email and password. You then fill in the shipping and billing information as required and select the payment method you want by selecting the box next to each payment method. Accept the terms of use and complete your order by selecting the “SHIPPING ORDER” button that appears. Upon successful completion you will see a message on your screen giving you your order code and informing you of the e-mail address where you will be sent a preview of the order you just placed.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase if:

– we do not receive payment approval

– We cannot deliver to the area where you live

– you do not agree to the terms of use of the site

– one or more products had an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within one (1) hour of completing it, and we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as to when your card or account will be refunded choosing one of the above payment methods. Should you choose a different payment method, we will only inform you of the cancellation of your order.

If you choose to receive your order by shipment with cash on delivery, you are required to receive your order, otherwise it will be cancelled. The company reserves the right to review your information and not to serve you in the future if a cancellation is repeated more than twice.

The amount deposited in the above accounts of this e-shop should correspond to the exact price of the order. Any bank transaction costs should be covered by the client. Please state clearly the name and number of your order to avoid any delays.

Once the payment is confirmed, we will process your order (the whole process can take two (2) business days). After depositing, please send a confirmation email with the relevant information to homegrownsurfcraft@gmail.com within three (3) business days of ordering. If payment is not completed within this period, the order will be cancelled.

+ Credit, debit and prepaid card payment

We accept all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, American Express and Diners credit, debit and prepaid cards.

All card transactions are handled in accordance with best international payment practices, and the most up-to-date international security services.

Card information (card number, CVV2 / CVC2, expiration date) is transmitted / transmitted over the Internet in encrypted format (SSL 128-bit encryption) and is not accessible from our online store.

You pay the price for your order to the courier service employee when you receive the products. In this case you will be charged 2 euros (including 24% VAT).

Price policy

Since the business is headquartered in Chania, Greece, all transactions are done in Euro.

If your card or account does not have a monetary amount in Euro, the final billing amount will be calculated at the exchange rate at the day your card or account was debited.

All shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Shipping policy

+ Execute orders

The Online Shop of Homegrown Surfcraft, despite being a small business, is making the best effort to execute and ship all confirmed orders by 15.00 hours in Greece on the same day. Any orders placed Friday after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

+ Delivery

For the delivery of your purchases, our online shop works with recognised courier companies. Deliveries within Greece are made by the ACS courier and the estimated time is 2-3 business and may vary when shipping to island or if the carrier has designated the area as “remote”.

Shipments abroad are handled by DHL Courier and estimated delivery time ranges from 8-10 business days. Mailbox deliveries cannot be made. When your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email and a link to track the status of your order on the courier partner site.

+ Shipping costs

Shipping costs are 3,30 euros for shipment up to 2 kg within Greece (excluding areas designated as “remote” by our partner shipping company). For orders over this weight, shipping costs are determined by the shipping partner’s pricing system.

For orders within Greece worth over 80 euros in total shipping costs are free for orders that weigh less than 2kilos. Shipping costs for orders within the city of Chania, where the company is based, are also free of charge.

+External orders

Shipping costs for Cyprus is 8€ but payment by cash is not possible. For European shipments you can see the cost by filling in the shipping details.

Deliveries outside the EU are usually subject to customs duties and import duties at destination and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We would like to inform you that if you do not receive or pick-up your order from our courier partner’s office within three (3) days of being notified by the courier company, your order will be returned to us and you will bear the costs involved with redelivering your order.

+ Security and Delivery

The business insures every purchased product from the time of purchase until you receive it.

In the event that the order is not delivered and the courier is found to be in error, the business may deliver the order within three (3) business days at no cost to the customer.

All the products leave our storage facility in perfect condition and are packed in protective packaging in order to maintain them so. If you receive a damaged product, the company will not be held responsible for the damage. Please do not accept damaged, broken, ripped or open packages from us, ask to courier to send it back and contact us immediately.

The company assumes no responsibility for deliveries that are affected by force majeure.

Shipments and deliveries are made to the address you entered and it is your responsibility to post the correct shipping information. The company does not assume the responsibility for non-delivery of products in incorrectly registered data. If your order is returned to us because you did not receive it or because the courier or post office failed to complete the delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Return Policy

+How to get a refund

In case of return, an e-mail should be sent to homegrownsurfcraft@gmail.com with the subject “Return order” and the order code. Once we receive and accept your return, we will contact you to confirm.

The customer is responsible for the return of the parcel and will bear any charges that may arise from the transfer. For non-EU refunds, the customs clearance and customs costs are the sole responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you ship your parcel by registered or courier service as we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

+ Limitations

You have the right to return the products you purchased, without having to tell us why you want the products returned within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products. Refunds are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in excellent condition, in original packaging, with all necessary markings intact with a retail receipt or invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse unauthorised and / or non-refundable returns in accordance with the stated return conditions. In case of unauthorised or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.

+ Return Management

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within fourteen (14) days as evidenced by the delivery documents and you can choose between item change (based on availability) or refund.

In the rare case you find that the product you received is not the one you ordered, is defective or otherwise does not meet the specifications stated in its description on the site, contact us immediately via e-mail at homegrownsurfcraft@gmail.com describing the product and its defects in detail, and we will guide you through the further steps you will need to take to return it.

First, make sure that the return request does not exceed five (5) business days from the date of delivery, as evidenced by the delivery documents, and that all products must be in the original condition for them to be returned. Further, you will need to deliver the product to the courier company that we will ship to your home, along with the receipt you received at the time of its original delivery.

After careful consideration of the returned product, we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if you are entitled to a refund or a replacement, which will be done as soon as possible and within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the returned products by us.

• In the case of defective products for which no replacement is available or if you no longer wish for a replacement, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs for returning the product.

• In case of an error on the seller’s part, we will fully refund the money corresponding to the order value and shipping costs. In the event that there is no error on our part, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products is refunded and shipping costs are solely borne by you.

Refunds are made promptly (1-3 business days). Refunds are only made on the original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used to pay for the order. In the event that the purchase is made by the cash transfer method, the refund will be deposited to a bank account after consultation with the customer.
